Delphine Nephtalie (DelphineCEO) is a young entrepreneur, pageant titleholder, and co-founder and CEO of Born Ready Cosmetics. Inspired by a journey in ballet and a passion for clean beauty, Delphine brings a personal perspective to the brand: celebrating rich beauty, elevating confidence, and redefining luxury for every shade. Living with sensitive skin makes ingredient awareness and thoughtful beauty choices especially personal. Through Born Ready Cosmetics, Delphine shares a message that reaches beyond makeup: your beauty deserves to be celebrated, and you were always born ready.

I’m Delphine, co-founder and CEO of Born Ready Cosmetics. My journey in ballet, pageantry and my passion for clean beauty inspired a brand created to celebrate rich beauty, elevate confidence, and redefine luxury for every shade.

I also have sensitive skin, so I know how personal choosing beauty products can be. It makes me mindful of ingredients and of the relationship between caring for my skin and expressing myself through makeup.
